  • 150 gm Dark Chocolate
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • 5 tbsp Butter
  • ½ tsp Cardamom (powdered)
How to make Chocolate Fondant:
  • Preheat the oven at 400° F.
  • Heat chocolate with butter in a microwave until it melts.
  • Take eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat until it turns off-white.
  • Mix in gradually melted chocolate and keep it stirring continuously.
  • Put in flour and cardamom and mix well.
  • Grease the ramequins with butter and pour into chocolate mixture.
  • Bake it for 12 min or until it is baked well.
