Recipe Type Veg.
  • 800 gms Turi (chopped)
  • 2 Large onions (chopped)
  • 2 Large tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 4 Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup oil
  • Salt to taste
How to make Turi Bhaji:
  • Heat the oil.
  • Fry onions and green chillies till they turn golden brown.
  • Add chopped turi, salt, corriander powder, chili powder and turmeric powder.
  • Cook over low heat.
  • Now mix chopped tomatoes and cook them till soft.
  • Cook it in a pressure cooker.
  • Now mix it well.
  • Turi Bhaji is ready.

I haven't tried this recipe....just wanted to tell the previous reviewer that Turi is Zucchini & its available in most of the countires.
