Ingredients required:
- 1 1/2 c Flour
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 3/4 c Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 1-1/2C Sugars
- 1 ts Baking powder
- 1/2 c Lemon juice
- 3 tb Flour
- 1/4 c Sugar
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Take a bowl and put flour and sugar in it.
- Add butter to it till it becomes crumbly.
- Take a slightly greased baking pan and pour the mixture in it.
- Bake the mixture for about 15 minutes in the oven.
- Take eggs, lemon juice, baking powder, sugar and flour and stir them well. Now pour the material over the baked crust.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, until it turns light brown.
- Let it cool and then cut them into bars.
- For topping, sprinkle some sugar on it and the tasty recepie of lemon candy for mothers day is ready to be served.
