Ingredients:
• 250 gm Channa
• 100 gm Shallot
• 8 Red Chilly
• 1 tsp Coriander Leaves
• 1 tsp Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• Coconut Oil
• 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
• 1 sprig of Curry Leaves
• Few Coconut pieces
How to make Kadala Curry:
Keep the channa in water for around 8 hrs and then pressure cook it with shallots.
Take coriander leaves, garam masala, red chilly and grind it. Add it to the cooked channa with salt to taste and simmer it. Then take it off the heat.
Take oil in a pan and crackle the mustard seeds. Mix in coconut, curry leaves and red chilly. Add it to the curry.
Suggestions:
Serve it hot.
