Ingredients:
- ½ Pineapple (chopped)
- Sugar (to taste)
- ½ China Grass
- ½ liter Milk
- 1 tin Milkmaid
- Few Cherries
- ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
How to make China Grass Pudding:
- Soak china grass in water until it softens.
- Toss pineapple with sugar and bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
- Combine china grass with milk, milkmaid, and vanilla essence in a pan. Cook, stirring frequently until the mixture starts boiling. Remove from heat.
- Place the baked pineapple mixture on a shallow serving plate and pour cover milk mixture to cover the pineapple. Leave aside to cool.
- Top up with cherries and refrigerate until cold.
- Slice and serve chilled.
