  • 4 pounds ground Venison
  • 4 pounds ground Pork
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • ¾ tsp Mace
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp Cloves
  • ½ tsp Allspice
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
How to make Venison Sausage:
  • Combine venison and pork together in a large bowl.
  • Pour ½ cup hot water. Stir gently.
  • Combine the spices and add to the bowl.
  • Mix well to uniformly combine.
  • Form patties from the mixture and transfr into a plastic meat bag.
  • Use it immediately or refrigerate for 2-3 days, until required.
