- With the help of scissors, cut a strip of construction paper for the bookmark.
- Spread some paint in a plate and dip your finger in it.
- Make fingerprints on the construction paper, forming the shape of flowers, sun, hills, etc.
- Write a small poem on Father's Day in a piece of paper. The size of the poem should be according to the size of the bookmark.
- Cut out the poem using scissors and paste it at the back of the bookmark.
- Cover the entire bookmark piece with clear contact paper.
- Punch a hole in the top center of the bookmark and tie a ribbon or yarn through the hole.

- Layer 2 or 3 tissue papers on top of each other.
- Fold them in half and tie a thread tightly in between.
- Split and fluff the layers to give the tissue paper the shape of a flower.
- For smaller flowers, cut the folded tissue paper in between and place one-half on top of the other half. This will give you a more voluminous flower.
- Next, prepare a solution with water and paints.
- Dip a brush in the color and dab the end of the flower with it, for beautifying the flowers further.
- Make a bunch of flowers and present them to your father on Father's Day.
