Apple Pie
Ingredients :
- 1½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp cold milk
- 1½ tsp white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 apples, cored and sliced
Filling :
- ¾ cup white sugar
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 apples, cored and sliced
Topping
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup butter
Preparations
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Crust : Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, blend
them evenly and make dough. Spread the dough uniformly in the baking
tray.
- Filling : Mix all the ingredients and sprinkle the
mixture over apples and coat the apples properly. Spread the
remaining mixture evenly in an unbaked pie shell.
- Topping : Mix all the ingredients until they are evenly
distributed and crumbly in texture. Sprinkle the mixture over
apples.
- Bake the pie at 350 F for 45 minutes
