On the occasion of Father's Day prepare fresh
baked buttermilk cookies and share them with your father. We have
provided the recipe to help you do that.
Buttermilk Cookies
Ingredients :
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, chilled and diced
- 1 cup buttermilk
Filling :
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Put flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt in a food
processor and blend the mixture well.
- Add butter to the mixture and again blend it well.
- Add buttermilk to the mixture and stir to form a dough
- Spread the dough on a greased baking tray and bake it at 350 F
for 30 minutes.
